OUTCOME #1 = ONBOARDING: Onboard 300 Churches

OUTCOME #2 = ACTIVATION : Each of these 300 Churches will help activate 100 people to pray for their neighbors (30,000 people) across PHILLY.

OUTCOME #3 = SATURATION: 30,000 individuals (Lights) praying for 50 households by name will be 1,500,000 households across GREATER PHILLY.
